Blogging may not be for me. I spend my week busy, my weekends busier, and I have no time to plan these out. Writing blogs off the top of my head seems like a bad idea, and re-reading them I can say they are not going to grab anyone’s attention. I really need to research the whole monetizing part of this ‘get rich quick’ scheme if I want to stand a chance of making anything from it.
The format bothers me as well. I’m used to writing things in word, where proper paragraphs start with indentations, not separated by lines. I guess I’m showing my age now. I still prefer to read a book than a blog myself, so who really am I writing these for? How are these supposed to become something for someone to want to read for any length of time and possibly click on something on this page?

I know what others did before me: they wrote the ‘get rich quick’ blogs that I read and followed. Is that all I can do? I wouldn’t be successful, as I haven’t made anything yet. I need to put aside some time to get articles together, edit videos, add original photos, all while holding down my day job and trying to start my business. I sure do love to overload my schedule, don’t I?
Speaking of schedules, I’m going to have to cut this blog short. Not that any of them have been particularly long. I want to share how to make more money, but I’ve been spending my time helping friends this weekend. Money will have to wait. Isn’t that the story of my life. It’s always the goal, but always out of reach. I haven’t given up, but this is not progressing like I’d hoped.
Maybe someday I can look back on this post and this situation with new eyes.
